The best Banana Bread ever!!!

I know I'm a bit prejudice, but I've tasted many banana bread recipes in my lifetime, and NONE have come close to this recipe.  These 2 loaves get scarfed down in a matter of minutes.  So moist, so delicious, and so sweet.  If you're looking for a dry banana bread, you're looking in the wrong place!

2 bananas, ripened
1 ¾ cup sugar
½ cup melted butter (1 stick)
3 eggs
1 ½ cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
dash salt
3 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
nuts, chopped (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Grease and lightly flour 2 loaf pans.
3. Cream bananas, sugar and butter together.
4. Add eggs, one at a time.
5. Add dry ingredients and mix.
6. Add sour cream and nuts.
7. Pour mixture evenly between 2 loaf pans.
8. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes.
